Your area of work:

IT Risk & Controls section plays a coordination and quality assurance role within the First Line of Defense to ensure that Risk Management process is properly designed and executed, appropriate controls are established and operated effectively.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain and execute IT Risk Management processes (risk identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting)
  • Monitor key risk indicators and communicate to 1st LoD and 2nd LoD
  • Support employees and management in IT Risk management-related matters
  • Cooperate with IT teams within the product lines and legal entities
  • Coordinate activities, provide guidance and quality assurance to IT teams in the area of IT Service Continuity Management

 

 

Požadavky

Jazyky: Czech/Slovak, English

  • Minimum 3 years working experience within an IT company, in IT Consulting or Financial Service Provider
  • Basic know how of legal and regulatory documents related to IT requirements in the financial industry, for example EBA Guidelines, MaRisk, BAIT, CSSF Circulars
  • Experience with IT Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity management will be beneficial
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks and Standards, e.g., COBIT, ISO Standards, or related certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT will be beneficial
  • Analytical skills and experience to understand, structure and prepare/explain complex topics
  • Proactive approach and ability to complete tasks in timely and accurate manner
