  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of specific departments and the organization. Identification of the key requirements and features.
  • Identify the best suitable solution to address the business requirements:
  1. Analyze if suitable solution is already implemented inside the company and can be used directly or after necessary adaptation.
  2. Analyze if suitable 3rd party solution exists and can be implemented.
  3. Test independently or in collaboration with system administrators or developers all crucial solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, and integration.
  4. Ensure that all solutions adhere to the  IT standards and practices. Perform Vendor assessment in line with internal policies.
  • Propose and demo the recommended solution and approach inside IT team and to the respective departments. Communicate the costs and benefits of the recommended solution.
  • Coordinate implementation of the new solution. Assist the business units in adopting the new solution and adjusting related business processes. Produce written documentation and conduct training when necessary.
  • Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure the objectives were met.


  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in IT solution analyses and implementation.
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Resourcefulness, creative problem solving and innovative abilities.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, fluent English.
  • Collaborative team player who is detailed oriented and focused on solution quality and execution.
