Popis pracovní pozice

providing 2nd level support for DICT HW (Branch Servers, PC´s, Laptops, Monitors, Multifunction Printers, Scanners and other peripheral devices) and SW installed locally on PC – not centrally managed applications.
provide technical support and handle problems for DICT HW/SW and user profiles

- analyze problems, develop solutions and assess risks/benefits

- develop strategies for resolving problems and preventing future occurrences

- take care of the IT stocks and evidence of the asset in the asset management system

- manage external supplier in chain of incident management system to ensure agreed SLA

Jazyky: English

Windows 7, 10 - advanced

- Office 2010, 2013 - advanced

- Videoconference - Cisco, Polycom - basics

- VPN – Juniper, Checkpoint - basics

- very good technical knowledge of HW and components

- Active Directory DHCP, DNS - basics

- Windows Server 2008, 2012 - basics

- TCP/IP communication principles - basics

- PowerShell - intermediate
