Popis pracovní pozice

We are looking for a stress resistant person with good communication skills, ability to deescalate heated conversations who is also productive under pressure and helps to calm down the counterpart in stressed situations.

Your task will be to solve coming tasks from IT entities (incidents, problems, catalogue requirements) create knowledge base according to  best practices.

You will be proactively distributing information about SharePoint Online to the 1st and 2nd level support.

You will be analyzing technical and process steps which prevent creating repetitive tasks you will also help with automation of this activity.

You will be monitoring stability of SharePoint online and his components.

You will also be SPOC for RFI incidents.

Požadavky

Jazyky: English

  • Knowledge of SharePoint platform (on-premise and online) from the view of administrator
  • Knowledge of intranet creating using SharePoint platform
  •  Experience with internal customer oriented position
  • Extensive experience with helpdesk processes and activities, creating customer friendly knowledge base and presenting content block
  • Trainer of our internal team
